Q: “When and how will my order ship?”
We offer same day and next day deliver subject to you preference. All orders are shipped via a local courier at AED20 per gift box for delivery within 24 hours and at AED35 for same day delivery.
Additional boxes will be charged at AED2 per kg. Rates are charged on actual volumetric or weight, whichever one is higher. Boxes being shipped to different addresses will have to be processed as individual orders and standard shipping fee will apply per box.
Delivery is available across the week and during public holidays. Remote areas are attempted twice a week on Sunday and Thursday at an additional AED4.
Remote areas: Ghayathi, Kalba, Khor Fakkan, Liwa Oasis, Madinat Zayed, Ruwais, Al Madam, Dhaid, Dibba Al Hisn, Hatta, Dibba, Al Fujairah, Umm Al Quwain
Cut off timing for same day delivery is 18:00 and 17:00 for next day delivery.
Q: “What if I need to order a larger quantity of boxes?”
For larger quantity of boxes, we recommend that you contact us at info@postmygift.com for a custom shipping quote.
Q: “How will you package my gifts?”
All our gifts are packaged in high quality gift boxes of your choice. We have 2 different boxes, cardboard and premium white box. All our gift boxes come in one size, 33cm x 24cm x 12cm packed in a cardboard for safe shipping. We also offer the option of a personal note, if you prefer to write your own message.

Q: “What is your return policy? ”
All of our products are hand selected and packaged with love. We make sure all gifts arrive just as pretty as they left us. All sales are final, and we do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations once the order has been placed. If items have been damaged in transit, please let us know immediately at info@postmygift.com
